Shipping policy
At TechCollective, we strive to ensure that your products are delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand how we handle and process your orders.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In the event of high order volume, there may be delays in processing. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you via email or phone.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer shipping across South Africa. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items in your cart.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on external factors beyond our control.
Outlying areas
If your order is placed with standard shipping but is located in an outlying area, we may need to adjust the shipping fee to reflect the correct rate for your location. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm any additional charges. Alternatively, we can offer to ship your order to a nearby Pudo locker (Locker to Locker) or a Pargo collection point for your convenience.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates as we plan to expand in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package through our courier partners' websites. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as The Courier Guy(Including Pudo), and Pargo to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your purchases.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address during checkout to avoid any delays.
Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, high demand, or courier-related issues. TechCollective is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
